Hi! I am Janie Reigle. I have lived in the Ithaca area most of my life and raised my children here in our rural, resort community where Cornell University resides. I am married and have two grown children. My husband is the Operations Manager for our company and solves almost all of our problems! Our son is a district manager at AT&T Retail as well as a musician and an acceptee to the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Our daughter is a recent University Upstate Medical graduate and has recently signed a contract with Cayuga Medical Center as a General Practitioners. I am an officer at Castle Services of Ithaca LLC and enjoy building relationships with our customers as well as making jobs for new staff members. I plan to continue to build Castle Services with a strong management team and well-trained technicians to meet the demand for higher quality services in Tompkins County. In my spare time, I enjoy Jeep rides with my husband in the hill country, camping at the lake, ball toss with my Jack Russell Terriers, and gardening. You can reach me at

I am Rich Reigle, Operations Manager for Castle Services. I was born and brought up here in the Finger Lakes Region. I have travelled the entire country and Canada as a Coach Operator for a number of years. I’ve been in most major cities across the country. I lived in Wrightsville Beach North Carolina for many years before returning to my homeland here in Trumansburg, New York. Jeff and Kara work for Wesleyan University and are raising their young daughter and son.  For 7 years I was a Tompkins County Voting Machine Programmer for the city, town, and ICSD and honored to serve for 20 years on the Ithaca Youth Bureau Advisory Board.

I’m a past member of The International Brotherhood of Magicians and The Society of American Magicians. I’ve been the Club Steward for The Savage Club of Ithaca cooking monthly dinners for 30 attendees pre-Covid-19.
