Janie Reigle
Hi! I am Janie Reigle. I have lived in the Ithaca area most of my life and raised my children here in our rural, resort community where Cornell University resides. I am married and have two grown children. My husband is the Operations Manager for our company and solves almost all of our problems! Our son is a district manager at AT&T Retail as well as a musician and an acceptee to the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Our daughter is an Upstate Medical University graduate and has recently joined Cayuga Medical Center as head of their Cortland Family Medicine Practice. I am an officer at Castle Services of Ithaca LLC and I enjoy building relationships with our clients and their staff as well as creating jobs for our new staff members. I plan to continue to build Castle Services with a strong management team and well-trained Dedicated Service Providers to meet the demand for higher quality services in Tompkins County. In my spare time, I enjoy Jeep rides with my husband in the hill country, camping at the lake, ball toss with my Jack Russell Terriers, and gardening. You can reach me at

Rich Reigle
I am Rich Reigle, Operations Manager for Castle Services. I was born and brought up here in the Finger Lakes Region. I have travelled the entire country and Canada as a Coach Operator for a number of years. I’ve been in most major cities across the country. I lived in Wrightsville Beach North Carolina for many years before returning to my homeland here in Trumansburg, New York. I managed the Haunt for a number of years including moving the restaurant/bar to the last location in the 1990s. I enjoy building, working in the shop, hunting, Jeep rides and traveling. Doreen Clark
Hello! I am Doreen, a hiring manager for Castle Services. I grew up here in the beautiful finger lake region. I am married, have one son which I homeschool, two German Shepard huskies, a pet ball python, and one very spoiled kitty. We have lived in many places up and down the east coast and are currently in Georgia. I enjoy baking, riding shotgun in my husbands WRX, the ocean, my fur babies, and spending time with my family.
